3 Things We Don't Understand from John 3:16

John 3:16 is usually treated as a cliche passage since most of us have heard and understood this passage since our earliest years. Yet, there are still many ways in which this beloved passage can speak wonders into our modern society. For example, it teaches us three things about the Christian faith that are core to the religion - and yet, that aren't well understood by the majority in society. It teaches: (1) God's love for the unlovable, (2) the unique nature of faith as a condition for Christianity, and (3) our future destination.
