Summary: We often speak against the Pharisaical, legalistic approach to trying to be saved by keeping a set of legal rules that simply will not work. However, we must take care in speaking agaisnt this not to go to the other extreme of lawlessness and acting like God's law doesn't matter. God did not save us by grace to set us free to live how we want, but to empower us to live His way. This lesson examins several points from II Peter to teach us how to rely on God's grace for salvation without becoming an antinomian or lawless person.
